Being stranded and out of town I didn't know where to go. They were wonderful getting me in and taking care of fixing my vehicle so I can enjoy the rest of my vacation and get home again. Very honest and affordable.

Recommended by a friend and he was right. Polite, professional and detail oriented. Very nice waiting room. Called the day before for an appt and got one early the next day for in/out air conditioning service.

I have been with Davis Car Care since they first opened and have referred friends to the shop. So far, the service has been good and we have not had any issues. Sometimes they do not have my vehicle ready when promised, but I do not feel like they ever tried to take advantage of me. I usually know what needs to be done before I bring it in, so I inspect those areas prior to and after service. I have read some bad reviews lately and will be sure to provide an update if anything changes.

Great. No up selling or high pressure. Car runs better after the oil change. Friendly and knowledgeable. Let me know of some issues and even ran a quote for me. I got a free candy bag!

Fantastic customer service and honesty with Eric at the front desk. I came in with a screw in a tire on my SUV. My vehicle was in one of the bays within 3 minutes of arriving. After they pulled the wheel off, they determined the screw had not penetrated the tire and had not caused enough damage to warrant a repair. Eric informed me that they would place the tire back on the vehicle and send me on my way without having to pay anything. This will be the place I take my two vehicles for oil changes and maintenance for the foreseeable future. It's nice to find an honest mechanic!

I've been searching around all morning for a shop that will take care of my inspection and the light on for my air bag. They were very polite and told me I could bring it right in and the diagnostic was much less than others. Also, the waiting area is very comfy and had has a lot of free drinks and snacks and free wifi. On top of it their service was great and they did not rip me off like some say.

I have nothing but great things to say. These people went above and beyond my expectations. They define professionalism with their every action. There honest and they have integrity. I am prior ASE Master Automobile Technician and I trust these guys with my families automobiles. They are always honest and friendly. They offer competitive pricing and I never feel like they are trying to "up sell," us on unnecessary repairs. We mainly use the Holland Road location. Keep up the great work!

Great and super affordable oil change and tire rotation today. And the customer waiting lounge was by far the best I've ever waited in. I had a 4 year old and an almost two year old with me and it was a happy, clean place for us to wait. They had cartoons for the kids to watch and free snacks. Will get all my oil changes there as long as we are in Virginia Beach!
