Virginia Beach Auto Repair

My sister and I were traveling to Virginia Beach and only ten minutes away when my car unexpectedly died on the freeway. Thanks to AAA, we were towed to Davis Car Care and I can't say enough how thankful I am for their staff! They checked over my car right away and got us back on the road (and to the beach!) in hardly any time at all. They were so nice and helpful, especially for someone from out of town just starting our vacation! Thank you so much!

EDIT:: You have to appreciate follow up in person and by phone when a customer has a concern, Kyle (Owner) has taken the time to address these concerns, I have gone back 2 times since to have work completed. Both times Kyle has been there too ensure satisfaction.

Highly recommended! Great place and very friendly staff. I was on vacation last week in Virginia beach when my vehicles check engine light came on. They took my vehicle in right away and I was in and out within an hour.

These guys were clutch in fixing my car. My car had unexpectedly died and I could not get it to turn. Problem is that I’m not local and had to leave. They were kind and quick in getting everything working. Most importantly though, they were honest. I don’t know anything about cars and they could have charged me more without me knowing if something was actually wrong. They were honest with the problem and quick with the fix. Davis Car Care has always been my go to place for quality work at a fair price

Came here to have tires and alignment done after putting a lift on. Top to bottom, they took care of me. Front desk and techs were friendly and helpful. Even stayed a little late when I had to run out for some parts. They've got a customer for life.

Davis Car Car Center has some of the best customer service in any industry. In the car repair business, this is critical for maintaining long term customers. I’ve had both my vehicles worked on multiple times here and each time they have treated me and my wife like family. Yesterday I took my vehicle to get inspected at the dealership I purchased my vehicles at. You know, free state inspections for life, why not? Well, when they called me to tell me the outcome, they quoted me over $2,000 in repairs, over $750 for what they determined was necessary to pass inspection. I ended up taking my vehicle to Davis earlier today for a second opinion and they informed me that my brakes needed some work but the other findings were “ridiculous”. I walked out of David with a passed inspection and lifetime rear brake pads for far less than I could have imagined. Thank you all for being life savers for my family.
